Really I'm a beginner studying and practicing for 15 years, and seven of these have included attending Alistair's somatic teachings at workshops in Edinburgh and Holy Isle. I am grateful that Alistair is committed to physically, emotionally and spiritually going to the source of these teachings, and bring them back to share.

I try to bring many of his teachings into my work with those experiencing distress, trauma and addiction in the Kingdom of Fife, Scotland. These teachings and practices have been of great benefit to many people, including myself.
