Hi everyone,
Today was day 2 of the meditation challenge for me! I absolutely love it. When I woke up this morning, it was the first thought that crossed my mind (after thinking that I slept well which was great).
I enjoyed the meditation a lot and it was a wonderful way to start the day.

Well I re set my password so was able to do the full sessions 1-6 of 10 min & I don’t know if ok but I found them just as helpful at the end of the day. One comment from Alastair, that the body has its own space apart from the dramas of the mind - to keep listening etc is helpful. When emotions/ thoughts seem like that’s all there is, the body reminds that ‘ no !’ - you are more than this.
