I'm Kate, a newly signed up member although I have been following Alistair for a while. I am currently from Minneapolis, Minnesota USA, and consider myself to be a blended spiritualist-practicing kindness, alertness, meditation, Tai Chi, the Sufi Way and Earth centered spiritualism. I believe we are all one and therefore my heart is open to many different practices. I look forward to meditating and meeting you as our paths cross this year and further.
