Hi I’m Fiona, I’m 54. I’ve worked Diabetic Eye Screening for over 24 years and my wife is an Orthoptist. Work literally comes home with with us sometimes 👀. I do suffer from anxiety and ADHD ( a very familiar term these days and of which I have masked my whole life which has only just come to light) unfortunately ADHD came hand in hand with substance abuse in the past and I am really grateful that I have had the chance to be forgiven, able to grow and learn. Finally I now am seeking some inner peace to let everything….. mentally go ……🧘‍♀️
