Get yourself into a regular meditation rhythm by practising together. During the Pandemic, we sat together three times a week for almost two years. Now, after a break in 2022, we're back.
I'll lead a 60-90 minute session three times each week, and you are welcome to come along.
Monday Morning (8am UK) is clarifying, insightful session of Beingfulness. Great for beginners.
Tuesday Evening (6pm UK) is designed to calm the nervous system. For those us suffering from anxiety.
Thursday Morning (8am UK) has a more Buddhist flavour. Come if you're interested in exploring dharma.
There is usually 30-45 minutes of guided practice and then the same amount of discussion and explanation afterwards. It's a lovely chance to practice together and deepen your understanding. As well as making some new friends!
PLEASE NOTE: to keep things fresh I will be taking breaks from teaching during the holidays. Details of these breaks will be marked on the teaching calendar!
