Service Description

A 45-minute conversation with Alistair to explore new aspects of a problem or issue that has been snaring you.

Cancellation Policy

These sessions are not a replacement for medical care or psychiatric care. Nor are they suitable for long-term issues. They are friendly, compassionate conversations which may end in some advice, coaching points or longer plans which the client is then responsible for embarking upon. Please show up for the session you have booked. You may reschedule or cancel by email up to 24 hours before a session, but sessions cancelled on the day will be charged in full.
