Well, the Buddhas have certainly been telling me this for a long time! Internet here is erratic and I often can't access anything, including recordings. Nature has all the answers if we only listen.

So true. This year I have deliberately reduced my use of technology- no social media and very little online attendance at anything. I’ve missed our online sangha but embraced my outdoor self.

Attention has become commodified - hitting refresh is NOT refreshing!

Although I happily use my phone for staying connected with people, its been great just pootling away with my own practice - even if erratic in the last two months.
