Yes,there should be, but no date confirmed yet as it's a little early.
Thanks Patti. Sorry to have missed the Beingfulness course. I never got the email so used the monthly zoom but it would not let me in. Will there be one in July do you know? Thanks
Hi Jane, once you've chosen your date to start, it's as you wake up. I' m a bit of a sleepyhead so the earliest I practiced was 6:30. Hope that helps.❤️🙏
