Thank you Istvan and James for the musical info. Alistair has helped me to see my tinnitus in a more acceptable light, through meditation I hope that Arvo Part and Beethoven can also assist in my constant battle with this horrible noise. Alistair, Arvo Part and Beethoven....wow, what a trio !!!🧡🧡🙏
