Hello Techy Dameon! New Year Wishes to you. thanks for the info it’s just the format has changed. A few weeks ago you just clicked on the booking link but now it’s on the reminder link! I hope you are keeping OK. All the info has been very helpful. Much Thanks 🤗

Hi Fran, sorry again for the late posting. I don't really know why it was held in a queue in the first place. But very happy to have these questions posted here!

Welcome @Clément ! you’re very welcome. And your friend is spot on. The only way out is through - though, I found, that if we really go through something we might decide we don’t need to get out. Something else happens we were not expecting!

Welcome Carol, and I hope you enjoy this space and Shropshire too, such a beautiful county and Ludlow a very special ancient market town

Hi Mechteld, I have left a message, for Sylvia, regarding yours and Frans request. Please bare with her as she may not look at her messages every day and has not been in the best of health but still continues to post her lovely videos.X❤️🙏

HI Gill, apologies for slow response. We were on retreat this weekend. But I love to hear about your path and also about the intriguing 'canticle hermits'. Are they people or a kind of creature? I've not heard of them. Also I'd love to ready the poem, if there is a link to it? Alistair

Great to have you back, Alistair. I have always enjoyed working with the breath, at meditation, and use it , frequently, as my anchor. Imagining the numbers slowly disappearing, above my head, was a new experience. Loved it. Hope to be back at morning sessions soon.❤️❤️🙏
