Hi there Nikki! This Tuesdays session wasn’t posted because I was travelling but usually if you sign up for a class you will automatically get a copy of the recordings sent to you by email. Even if you couldn’t make the live session. Meanwhile many of the recordings are posted in the members library which is here: https://www.mind-springs.org/premium-videos All best, Alistair

Don’t think the topics have been covered but I haven’t tuned in for a while

Hi A, I did not receive multiple mails. But I miss the overview in the app of which sessions I have slready booked.

I did get this from Wix - so they are looking into this problem.

Hi Fran, thanks for your story. Love your open attitude and heart. Hope to meeg you in one of the breakout rooms one day in this lovely community. Love and blessings to you! Mechteld-Hanna

@ patti G & Mary Sinclair, thank you. I was able to find it - never occurred to me to scroll down :) Now, there are no dates for now, right? All we know that it will last 6 weeks X 1 hr...

HI @Mandy Caplin I'm so sorry I missed your post from the 12th. Apologies. I was preparing for our retreat which took place this week. We're in Newhaven too! So sad that Daniel's yoga school had to close down. And even sadder that vandals. trashed the place after we left. Ah well, the way of all things I guess. Where are you in Newhaven? We're about to move down the coast to Cuckmere, but I have really loved living here by the harbour for the last 10 years! Alistair

We are only on number 3 but ,already, they remind me of the Lojong slogans, some of which we studied with you in the early zoom days of ' Corona comfort' . Puzzling but fascinating 🙏♥️

Good morning, Patti. I wonder if you can shed light on a bit of a mystery! I have gone to the Dhamma Group, and have requested to join. I think Sylvia is writing to me, but I am still "pending" and not yet a member of the group, so I cannot acknowledge or respond to her. Would you mind letting her know about this? Thank you so much, and peace to you! Fran

Hi Fran, as you know we work in the same field. There is much to say about your question as it is at the heart of our jobs. But as you specifically ask for recommendations from Alistairs classes, I found the Tonglen exercise we did on a thursday helpful and enlightening. Love from the Netherlands

Hi Zana, It seems to work for most people. Solution: 1. check your spam folder to see if it’s landed there 2. You can always access the codes for anything you’ve booked by logging into your Mindsprings account and clicking MY BOOKINGS. Chose the session you want and click on it and there will be an option to get the zoom link. But here’s tonight’s: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81575762166

Ooh where? , I have short list …
