It's ok to have periods when life gets hard, and taking care of mental health can slip through the cracks. I've been there too. I set aside time each day for self-care, even if it's just a quick walk or a few minutes of meditation. It's also important to talk to someone you trust about your feelings. Reconnecting with hobbies or activities that make you happy can also make a big difference. On a different note, an electronic cigarette called NEXA Pro 30000, helped me cope with stress. Stay strong, and take it one day at a time.
