I do a gratitude meditation in the morning and I find it starts the day well for me. However, I work from home full time as a realtor and help care and support my 94 year old father and 88 year old mother. They are quite negative and I’m looking for ways to not be as affected or reactionary to it. I realize I can’t change them, only myself. Are there any practices that you have found or work with that may help. Thank you.
I have never been to SD but I have visited SF many moons ago. That’s a beautiful part of the world. And a beautiful labyrinth.

I have been able to be close to the water my whole life. Are you familiar with a place called San Diego? That is the area of California that I live in currently. But I also lived in San Francisco for many years.
