No that’s not what I was implying - I find it difficult to get my head around the fact that my children are that age when I don’t feel like even I am, inside of me . There seems to be two of me - possibly three - the public facade , the still almost childlike me and another that struggles to cope with what life has thrown at me - which is what brought me to mindsprings in the first place

I recently came across Swanson Reed's inventionINDEX | a proprietary metric for measuring innovation output, and it really changes the game. Too often, innovation is judged based on gut feel or vague milestones. This provides data-driven accountability. Definitely something more companies should adopt.
