Hello Jane :) I have a similar scenario, i only can do my 7 day meditation and then I have to leave... so I am really looking forward, to be able to join the classes i would like to do... may we will *see* each other on some... Hello again :) You are more than welcome, Emma. I think everyone who has panick attacks or anxiety knows how horrible it feels, to be or feel allone, when an attack is creeping up, or happens...even more so when it is in the night or when no one is arround... Just knowing someone is there to reach out to, not to worry if the time is apropriate, someone who will listen , or is just there for and with you can sometimes make a huge difference. I think noone should ever be scared to as for help :) Till maybe some time... Stay strong... Tanja

did jotin today from denmark, where i live now since 2 years. left the uk after nearly 20 years... it was my home and i miss it so very very much... i was rooted there, even if its not my birthplace, i miss those very special places, which made me feel entire content and at peace... may this wonderful site will help to bring some ground back into my life... and may i can offer some support by sharing experiences, or for just being there for other people... good to be here now... tanja
