Very happy to join the Mindsprings group. I tried the Wind Horse meditation and love its versatility and convivence. Most of all – I love that it works. Helped in settling my mind and being at peace. Have my heart set on the Holy Isle retreat next summer. Will have to travel some to get there, but from what I’ve seen and read – it will be well worth the journey. I could pack my bag right now!

If you decide to Holy Isle you will be amazed at the place and the people. Alistair's courses are extraordinary, the people that go there are the most diverse and charming, the volunteers that work there make you feel like family and the island is magical! I've been there three times and next year I wan to to go back.
