Let's Remember

We've had a pretty devastating week after losing our beloved cat, Wilko, very suddenly last weekend. He was such an integral and loving part of our family.

Him and his brother, TJ, came into our lives 8 years ago. Since then, we have welcomed our two children - so it has been a very special and transformational period of time during which he has been a constant and dedicated companion.

I'm sharing a short video that I think illustrates how special he was, especially with the tiny human friends who appeared throughout his life. If there was ever a cat who embodied loving-compassion (and patience!) it was Wilko.

He died very unexpectedly and far too soon. I'm going to bury him in the field next to our house on Monday and plant a cherry blossom tree in his memory.
