Hello from Australia I was doing well with my anxiety but the last twelve months have been too busy and I’ve neglected my mental health.

So here I am!

It's ok to have periods when life gets hard, and taking care of mental health can slip through the cracks. I've been there too. I set aside time each day for self-care, even if it's just a quick walk or a few minutes of meditation. It's also important to talk to someone you trust about your feelings. Reconnecting with hobbies or activities that make you happy can also make a big difference. On a different note, an electronic cigarette called NEXA Pro 30000, helped me cope with stress.
