Sharing Space

Last night, I attended a showing in an Edinburgh High School, with a Q&A afterwards with the Chilean director.

Following this morning’s session, and James’s discussion point, watching the film, showing events in Glasgow in May 2021, demonstrated and provided shared experience. Also much laughter.

The man under the van, who wished to remain anonymous, was played by Emma Thompson, and Kate Dickie took the place of the off duty nurse. Others were very much themselves.

There are hopes / plans to show the film to high school pupils.

Thank you 🙏
