Mingyur Rinpoche's Four Reminders

Following on from our exploration of the first lojong slogan: "First, train in the preliminaries", here is the full text of my teacher, Mingyur Rinpoche's (above) version of the four reminders from his text "Nectar of the Path". These are great to learn and say as you wake up each morning.
Four Reminders:
Preciousness of Human Life
Seeing its many wonderful qualities
I rejoice and delight in this human life.
Impermanence
Like waves in the ocean, all things are impermanent
I will accept whatever happens and make it my friend.
Karma
When causes and conditions come together, a result is sure to follow,
I will do my best to help others and engage in positive deeds.
The Suffering of Samsara
The suffering of beings is mainly produced by the mind.
I must free myself from my self-created bonds.
