Early Bird booking for Cabilla Cornwall Retreat
Hello, I've just put up the details of this lovely new retreat I've planned for October. It's in one of the rare fragments of temperate rainforest in this country, near Bodmin Moor.
The Cabilla Cornwall centre is a luxurious main building with loads of light and space, plus 14 triangular 'koyt' cabins spread out through the incredible sessile oak forest that stretches down to the river Baldedar.
I was really enchanted by this woodland. There's something very potent about it. And the possibility of meditating there (as well as having a sauna, swimming in the river and hanging out) seemed too good to be true. So I booked it.
I hope you like the sound of it and will join me and Sam (the amazing chef and being from Holy Island) this Autumn.
