Sharing Space

Hello, This is me. I’m an oldie - 75! But who cares about ages?! I am of course retired now but used to be in PR/Marketing and very confident in my job. However, since retiring and getting older, anxiety has become an issue. Am now less confident and more nervous about doing new things, going places, meeting new people, etc. Why? I find it difficult to understand why I have become like this and I wanted to join a like minded community to meet new people and try and discover a new way of life so that I can feel more self assured again.
