Summer plans....energy spots
I plan to spend 3 weeks with my husband and children ( 17, 14 and 10) in Wales ( Snowdon area) and Cornwall this summer. @Alistair Appleton mentioned special " energy" places in Cornwall ( we are at the rast coast, but have a car). Do you have any recommendations where to spend some time connecting to this? Other recommendations welcome as well. All 5 of us love to be out in nature.

Ah, that's wonderful that you're coming to Cornwall, MH! If I'm around, I'd love to meet up and perhaps show you some of the incredible spots in my neck of the woods, which is West Penwith, the very last bit of Cornwall before you hit the Atlantic. There are lots of powerful stone circles, standing stones and cliff sanctuaries to explore. Drop me a note when your plans are firmer... A
