I am thinking of you both and sending Buddhist prayers for Kitling. I know how it feels and the wisdom of Buddhist practise helped my pet and me through a terrible time.

Sadly, I won't be able to take part in the outdoor retreat even though my head says 'yes', physically I wouldn't be able, but it sounds wonderful.
