Hi @Moira Sutherland , sorry I have taken so long to reply but I have been having trouble receiving mindsprings notifications. My devices seem to think that these messages are 'spam' for some reason. I thought that I had sorted the prob but , obviously, not as I discovered your ,and several other messages, in spam. The crafting group are a very laid back and friendly group. Karen gives us the heads up as to when the next meeting is, on the group page plus the zoom coordinates. You can come along, with or without craft work. It's just lovely to have a natter. Thank you Istvan and James for the musical info. Alistair has helped me to see my tinnitus in a more acceptable light, through meditation I hope that Arvo Part and Beethoven can also assist in my constant battle with this horrible noise. Alistair, Arvo Part and Beethoven....wow, what a trio !!!🧡🧡🙏

Lovely early morning practice ( in my PJs ) this morning. Rachel mentioned the quiet part of the practice and Jane mentioned mantras. This brought back fond memories, for me, of the earlier "corona comfort "days which the original gang members will remember. We used to have a 'Satsang' evening session where we joined Alistair and Daniel ( and Ben ) for a silent sit. The only sound would be A and D chanting , beautifully, while Daniel played the shruti box...blissful. I always used this time to practice whatever we had been learning that particular week. Unfortunately, being on a Friday evening, it wasn't a good time, for many, Too near to planned weekend activities but it had all the ingredients that Rachel and Jane spoke of. Happy , happy memories,🧡🙏

My comment is about you, @Sylvia Alana. At the crafting circle meeting, yesterday, I learned that you have been unwell. If I have the misfortune to be ill, I turn into 'Mrs Angry' very annoyed with my body for letting me down. You, however, dear Sylvia, though not feeling your best, are still posting these lovely videos for the dhamma group to enjoy. You are an inspiration. I ,and I'm sure the rest of this lovely gang, will join me in wishing you a speedy recovery. Sending love and healing vibes. XX🙏🧡🧡

Hi Alistair, browsing through Twitter, this morning, I found a lovely tweet from Yoga Journal showing a video of Sir Paul McCartney, a long time yogi and meditator, demonstrating his version of the eye stretch. I would love to share it with you all but ,as I am a bit of a neanderthal when it comes to technology, I have no idea how to get it from Twitter to this website. Hi Alistair, I just want to thank you for your guidance regarding my invasive thoughts. They are not always critical but always noisy ! I shall be guided by your suggestion and , with a little more practice, I hope to be able welcome them in without allowing them to take centre stage so much.( I'll probably sneak back ,now and then, to the anchor and the somatic tent , my favourites) Thoroughly enjoyed the meditation, this evening always a pleasure to practice 'live' with you. Well, I've arrived here at the shiny new website but I'm afraid I entered via the ' back door' .The site doesn't seem to like either my password or email address. Have to login with Google. If I'm the only one this has happened to, it's probably me causing the problem. Hopefully that can be remedied. My technology prowess is limited. However, I'm enjoying having a tootle around the site and getting my bearings.❤️❤️🏆🙏
