Hi Alistair,
Thank you for the reply. I truly was there in spirit. a very peaceful relaxing weekend for me all the way in California. We celebrated Father’s Day on Sunday and I had a lovely day with my father and a delicious dinner. I truly look forward to the tapes of the retreat. All the best and have a wonderful week!
