@Alistair Appleton Hello Alistair, well I can't believe you've in the Geneva Rd house for 10 years! Jon and I have admired that location so many times. We are only 5 mins walk away from you in Meeching Rd, and we've been there for 30 years. I also didn't know the Practice Space was vandalised, so sad - but now the whole area is closed off for building works and I think Daniel would have had to close anyway. Cuckmere is wonderful - wishing you a happy move!

Here you go Rosemary, dads home ( he’s now 90 & been in Australia all my life)

I do a gratitude meditation in the morning and I find it starts the day well for me. However, I work from home full time as a realtor and help care and support my 94 year old father and 88 year old mother. They are quite negative and I’m looking for ways to not be as affected or reactionary to it. I realize I can’t change them, only myself. Are there any practices that you have found or work with that may help. Thank you.

@Gill Jewell - I have heard of alpacas being used to guard against foxes but not kangaroos Interesting! That would be quite the stand off! Where in Hertfordshire is your Dad from?
