did jotin today from denmark, where i live now since 2 years. left the uk after nearly 20 years... it was my home and i miss it so very very much... i was rooted there, even if its not my birthplace, i miss those very special places, which made me feel entire content and at peace... may this wonderful site will help to bring some ground back into my life... and may i can offer some support by sharing experiences, or for just being there for other people... good to be here now... tanja

So true. This year I have deliberately reduced my use of technology- no social media and very little online attendance at anything. I’ve missed our online sangha but embraced my outdoor self. Attention has become commodified - hitting refresh is NOT refreshing! Although I happily use my phone for staying connected with people, its been great just pootling away with my own practice - even if erratic in the last two months. Happy disconnecting to reconnect!
