- Hello 👋 It’s good to be hereDans Meet the Gang!·20 May 2023(I tried this once already but it didn't seem to publish, so sorry if this comes up twice!) Hi all 😊 I'm Nikky, from Wiltshire in the UK. I took part in one of Alistair's courses several years ago and it really helped with some specific fears I had at the time. Since then I've had a daughter (now four) who is wonderful but not fond of sleeping through the night! I've also been having some health issues that come with lots of anxious waits for results. As someone who suffers with health anxiety anyway, I need a bit of a hand again to calm the chatter and panic. Very much looking forward to joining you all for some sessions.2258

I lived in Northern California for many years and one of my secret spots was walking through the Redwoods. The beauty is amazing and the energy is spiritual. We have Coast and Sequoia redwoods. This is the benefit of connecting with people that live in various places in the world. Thank you again for sharing this information.22
