Welcome Jane, glad you can join us 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🙏❤

Hello Susan and Minnie, greetings from the Netherlands Mechteld-Hanna and Doortje (funny brown dog)

Welcome! And greeting also from me and my (very big) dog Ben who you WON’T see in the sessions because he doesn’t fit in the room where I teach! You might see two of my cats - Diogenes with the white belly and stripes and Kitling, the black one. We didn’t get your name though… it just comes up as dkm59

Hi Jane. Yes Alistair clarified that you have to book each Milarepa session separately, just like the morning ones. Hope this finds you well x

That one looks really interesting. I saw it is available free here https://www.cambridge.org/core/books/stand-out-of-our-light/3F8D7BA2C0FE3A7126A4D9B73A89415D as a openaccess pdf.

Wow! Wishing you much happiness in your new home 🙏

Hi there Vicky, welcome to the Mindsprings gang. Every year I am grateful for this lovely bunch of folk and the positive energy they created together. I hope you find something beneficial in all the various things we offer and I send you much light and serenity for 2024. Alistair

Welcome! 🙏❤️

Hi Fran, we've spoken in emails but lovely to see a picture of our Immana! Alistair

Ah. It’s synchronicity! Lovely to have you here Andrea. How is your training going?

Well, the Buddhas have certainly been telling me this for a long time! Internet here is erratic and I often can't access anything, including recordings. Nature has all the answers if we only listen.

Praying , lighting a candle and sending healing vibes to Kitling. Also sending lots of love to you and Daniel.❤️❤️🙏
