Hi Alistair, browsing through Twitter, this morning, I found a lovely tweet from Yoga Journal showing a video of Sir Paul McCartney, a long time yogi and meditator, demonstrating his version of the eye stretch. I would love to share it with you all but ,as I am a bit of a neanderthal when it comes to technology, I have no idea how to get it from Twitter to this website. Hello - I'm new here so working out how to navigate the catalogue of available meditations! I'm signed up to Tuesday's session, but would like to find something for anxiety in the meantime - are the Tuesday sessions available somewhere or just for the people who signed up at the time?
