Your Grandma sounds as formidable , lovely and resilient as my dear Grandma was. She lived to be 101 . I hope that you and I can emulate our dear grandparents and have a long and happy life. Obviously Alistair is a great help in achieving the inner peace we all need. ♥️🙏

We don't have a TV at the house where we live but we have invested in a big film projector for the bedroom, so I'll see if I can get a digital copy of Nine Days and check it out. Teaching these life skills is huge. Understanding emotions, maintaining relationships, and finding resilience are things school often misses. It’s all about embracing what we’ve got and aiming high, without beating ourselves up if we don’t hit every target.
