Teaching these life skills is huge. Understanding emotions, maintaining relationships, and finding resilience are things school often misses. It’s all about embracing what we’ve got and aiming high, without beating ourselves up if we don’t hit every target.

In the My Bookings list of upcoming events there is a note saying ‘available on line’. I have been clicking on that near the time of the meeting and it takes me straight to the zoom logging on page and I log in as normal.

Hi Mandy, good to have you with us. I, and many of this group, practiced yoga, on Zoom, with Daniel and I'm sure I'm not the only one who misses our lovely Hatha and breathing sessions. I do hope we get the chance to practice with him ,again, later this year. Welcome.❤️🙏
