Yes, indeed - welcome Rosemary. Great to have you here. Funny that you run an alpaca farm and are interested in yoga - I was just filming Escape in Cheshire and one of the mooted segments was doing Alpyoga which was a yoga class in the midst of a field of alapacas! Great to have you back, Alistair. I have always enjoyed working with the breath, at meditation, and use it , frequently, as my anchor. Imagining the numbers slowly disappearing, above my head, was a new experience. Loved it. Hope to be back at morning sessions soon.❤️❤️🙏
