Anyone else having problems on the zoom link for today. I got about 6 reminder emails yesterday but all state link invalid ? I'm guessing I wont be able to join today now but hopefully see you all next week.

Hi Alistair, I just want to thank you for your guidance regarding my invasive thoughts. They are not always critical but always noisy ! I shall be guided by your suggestion and , with a little more practice, I hope to be able welcome them in without allowing them to take centre stage so much.( I'll probably sneak back ,now and then, to the anchor and the somatic tent , my favourites) Thoroughly enjoyed the meditation, this evening always a pleasure to practice 'live' with you. Well, I've arrived here at the shiny new website but I'm afraid I entered via the ' back door' .The site doesn't seem to like either my password or email address. Have to login with Google. If I'm the only one this has happened to, it's probably me causing the problem. Hopefully that can be remedied. My technology prowess is limited. However, I'm enjoying having a tootle around the site and getting my bearings.❤️❤️🏆🙏
