HI @Mandy Caplin I'm so sorry I missed your post from the 12th. Apologies. I was preparing for our retreat which took place this week. We're in Newhaven too! So sad that Daniel's yoga school had to close down. And even sadder that vandals. trashed the place after we left. Ah well, the way of all things I guess. Where are you in Newhaven? We're about to move down the coast to Cuckmere, but I have really loved living here by the harbour for the last 10 years! Alistair

We are only on number 3 but ,already, they remind me of the Lojong slogans, some of which we studied with you in the early zoom days of ' Corona comfort' . Puzzling but fascinating 🙏♥️
