Here's the immune boosting tea recipe
1 Big teapot
Thumb size piece ginger chopped up
2 cloves garlic - squished
1 teaspoon cloves
2 star anise
1 stick cinnamon
juice of half a lemon ( or desert spoon cider apple vinegar, preferably raw)
honey to taste - generally about 2 tablespoons - good local honey is best
Put everything into the large teapot and fill up with boiling water. Leave it to infuse for 30 minutes then put some in a mug and sip. It can be kept in the fridge for a few days and warmed up as needed.
