Buddhist wisdom to untangle your life and make it meaningful
Alistair and Kirsty are delighted to be guiding the annual Mindsprings retreat on Holy Isle, this year in August. The theme of the retreat is 'The Eight and the Four' - looking at how ancient Buddhist wisdom can untangle our 21st century mind. It's open to everyone - no need to be a Buddhist or an experienced meditator. Just curious and happy to unplug for 7 days in a gorgeous, spiritually-charged setting.
