Happy new year! I just joined the group and am excited to meditate in community. The morning sits may be a little early for me as I am 6 hours behind England but who knows!

Happy 2025 Nancy! So wonderful that you've joined the Mindsprings gang. We're a friendly bunch and hopefully we'll be a boon in the coming year. Don't worry about the time difference if. you sign up to the live sessions we will send a recording so you can catch up if it's too early.
