Meet the Gang!

Hello Mindsprings gang! My name is Autry. I’m from California, and right now I’m living in Connecticut. I tune pipe organs for a living. Dealing with personal / mental health struggles has led me to study DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), the mindfulness component of which has been so helpful to me. I’m trying to get back into practicing mindfulness intentionally, and am excited to be part of this community! Cheers :)
