Hi there, I recently signed up for the Mastering Monsters course (such a great name!) and am intrigued with the idea of the ventral vagus tone being positively affected by music with wide melodic leaps. I had to read up more on what ’wide melodic leaps’ actually are. Now I wish I knew of more music that has this quality as I am not a fan of opera, gregorian chant or disney soundtracks. Surely there are other possibilities…can anyone suggest some?

Hello - I'm new here so working out how to navigate the catalogue of available meditations! I'm signed up to Tuesday's session, but would like to find something for anxiety in the meantime - are the Tuesday sessions available somewhere or just for the people who signed up at the time? If they're not available, are there other sessions you can direct me to that are particularly directed at calming the nervous system? Thanks everyone.

Hi Alistair, browsing through Twitter, this morning, I found a lovely tweet from Yoga Journal showing a video of Sir Paul McCartney, a long time yogi and meditator, demonstrating his version of the eye stretch. I would love to share it with you all but ,as I am a bit of a neanderthal when it comes to technology, I have no idea how to get it from Twitter to this website.
