- A space for healing thoughts?In Sharing Space·15 April 2024Some years ago I was in a group where we took it in turns to send distance healing at a certain time. All folk needed to do was send a name. Would anyone be interested if Alistair thought it was suitable? There was no need for zooms. Just thinking ‘ aloud’! Funny that you run an alpaca farm and are interested in yoga - I was just filming Escape in Cheshire and one of the mooted segments was doing Alpyoga which was a yoga class in the midst of a field of alapacas! Apparently, they are - as you say - incredibly calming and respond beuatifully to the differnet asanas. In the end it was a little too outre for the BBC. BUt tickled me that I then heard from11
