Great to have you back, Alistair. I have always enjoyed working with the breath, at meditation, and use it , frequently, as my anchor. Imagining the numbers slowly disappearing, above my head, was a new experience. Loved it. Hope to be back at morning sessions soon.❤️❤️🙏

Hi Gill, I think you have the wrong. Holy Isle here. Vera's home is the holy Island, Lindisfarne, off the east coast of Scotland. Alistair's Holy Isle is much smaller and is off the West coast Alistair has narrated a lovely documentary, called A Stroll round holy Isle, available on YouTube. Well worth a look and who better to narrate it than our Alistair..♥️🙏

Argh! Have just realised that I won't be able to make the 2nd after all. What a shame, as it would be such a joy to meet up with the Mindsprings tribe again. I'll be thinking of you, and looking out for any post-meetup posts. Re the questionnaire, I've since thought of a possible luxury feature for the website - the ability to bookmark our favourite videos/podcasts for easy access. Harri x
