- Hello everyone, I’m new to the group and currently struggling a bit with anxiety and feeling a tad lost so wanted to come and meet others. In Meet the Gang!14 October 2022Hello again :) You are more than welcome, Emma. I think everyone who has panick attacks or anxiety knows how horrible it feels, to be or feel allone, when an attack is creeping up, or happens...even more so when it is in the night or when no one is arround... Just knowing someone is there to reach out to, not to worry if the time is apropriate, someone who will listen , or is just there for and with you can sometimes make a huge difference. I think noone should ever be scared to as for help :) Till maybe some time... Stay strong... Tanja1
