Hello to everyone who is attending the retreat this weekend! I didn't book a place as I have some work/social commitments tomorrow morning and evening .. and then this morning thought I don't want to miss this opportunity entirely, so I'm hoping it will be OK to dip and and out a little. Not what a 'retreat' is all about, I know - but I reckon taking some time/doing some meditaion is sooo much better that doing none, and I hope it won't disturb the online group as it might at an in-person event. My apologies in advance to Alistair and Daniel and everyone else, that unfortunately I won't be there for all the sessions .. Looking forward to seeing you later, Harri XX

hello alistair ... hello everyone :) i did join the forum today and also just did downloaded the ZOOM app. im a natural technical nightmare and wonder what a *HOST KEY* is ???! i suppose, it is some sort of code from this web site i need to register over on ZOOM to be able to connect to any live sessions ??! any advise, help or clarification is much appreciated !
