Hi Anita. Thanks for that suggestion. What you describe is exactly what we’ll be looking at during the online retreat in June so I won’t replicate it. But later in the year I will be doing weekly classes again and we will focus on that for sure!

did jotin today from denmark, where i live now since 2 years. left the uk after nearly 20 years... it was my home and i miss it so very very much... i was rooted there, even if its not my birthplace, i miss those very special places, which made me feel entire content and at peace... may this wonderful site will help to bring some ground back into my life... and may i can offer some support by sharing experiences, or for just being there for other people... good to be here now... tanja
